Project – Hampton
Innate Home worked collaboratively with the architect & the owners on this Dual Occupancy development, which was a stepping stone for our client. The rear unit was sold prior to completion & the front home served as the clients home for a short while. We ensured that throughout the process we considered the end goal – the sale of the rear unit as primary focus – a cost effective design & build project that would appeal to a broad market & then working through the selections for the front house which needed to suit & be loved by the owners in the short term, but be very saleable when they were ready to move on. Innate Home was able to source & specify finishes that our client loved & fitted in the budget.
Innate Home provided us with advice on fixtures and fittings during the construction of our new family home. Marlo’s advice was always very practical (for a family with 3 young kids) and the thing that surprised me most was that often her suggested fixtures and fittings were more cost effective than what I would source myself. Marlo helped us to achieve a stylish and contemporary look that was very liveable. We are using Marlo to advise on another property that we are about to renovate.
